Jimmy P. Jordan, Jr.
Jimmy formed LandMax in 2001 after 37 years of experience in Residential and Commercial real estate. Jimmy is a native of Horry County and has a wide range of experience in development, industrial, retail, and commercial real estate activities. His specialties include retail development, leasing, and commercial site acquisitions.
Jimmy also has many clients that he assists in portfolio management of real estate assets particularly specializing in converting non-income assets into higher return properties through tax-deferred exchanges and similar methods.
Jimmy has strong ties to the community and has been very successful in assisting clients with regulatory and political obstacles in order to achieve their goals.
Jimmy received his Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Finance from University of South Carolina, Coastal Carolina College in 1978. Also, a CCIM candidate.
Sherie M. Cribb
Sherie is a lifetime resident of Georgetown County. Having been brought up in the Pleasant Hill area of Georgetown and on the beaches of the Grand Strand, she has witnessed the growth and changes in Horry and Georgetown counties throughout her life.
Sherie has extensive experience in business with a strong background in human resources and safety management. She has interviewed, hired, and overseen all that human resources and safety management entails for a manufacturing plant of diverse employees. Sherie genuinely cares about all people and that shows with every client she works with whether they are selling a property or searching for a property that fulfills their real estate needs and desires.
Sherie began her career in the real estate industry in 2001 and became a licensed Realtor® in 2006. She has been assisting clients with commercial and residential real estate transactions ever since. She has searched for and obtained properties for clients that were not even on the market just to meet the needs of the client.

William J. Hedgepath
Jenks is the fourth generation of a family that has been developing Horry County for more than a century. A graduate of Wofford College, he started out in real estate appraising, soon went into residential realty, and has been specializing in commercial real estate for nearly 30 years. He joined LandMax in 2002, where he continues to develop the kind of relationships throughout the community that his clients need to maximize their real estate investments.
